Temple Decoration - Bengal School of Art & Autumn Festival

Bengal Drums beat in Victory over Demon

Bengal Drummers beat drums in Joy
People dance with chalice of fragrant incense
Before the Demon Slayer Durga
On the last day of Autumn Festival
In the land of Bengal Tigers

Tomorrow, the Mighty, the Mother of all and
The daughter of the Mount Himalaya,
Will go back to her husband, Siva,
The Creator and The Destroyer.

Come Beside Me

When Light paints it's glow
On  far side of the moon,
Come beside me,
In the breeze, to hear
I will sing for you, dear.

When none but the stars,
Twinkle in the sky,
Come dear, let us fly
To the farthest globe
Faster than the Light.

When Light brings the dawn
Crimson in my embrace,
Smile my dear,
Together, we will journey
To our dream.

Your Bosonic Smile

I ceased all my wanderings,
Ages ago, on the threshold of a dream
Gifted upon me by your Bosonic smile
Engraved on the shore of eternity.

I dreamt of a photonic journey
On the canvass of exponential time
Bouncing on the waves of your uncertainty
Through the glorious sculptures of light
Crafted by you for the atomic existential,
That is I.

I grow in the womb
Of the improbable infinite dream traversing eons
From one to the next
In an instantaneous moment of fragility.
